What is the status of my order?

Where is my order?
We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, we can confirm all orders have left our building and proof of postage can be supplied. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you haven`t received your order, you should:

How long does delivery take?
Shipping Information Processing and Delivery Times Orders received before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) are processed the same day and shipped and delivered Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States may require additional processing times to confirm your details with your card issuer. Why would a package be returned?

What is your replacement/return policy? As a family first shop with customized photos we cannot restock or resell personal family items so all sales are final.

How do I return an order?
There is a 30-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. And in the original package.
