What is the status of my order?
To see the status of your order. You will receive an email confimation to the email address provided, upon placing your order successfully. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days and you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided.
Where is my order?
We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, we can confirm all orders have left our building and proof of postage can be supplied. Please visit our delivery policy page for estimated delivery times, these times are indicative and subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing.
If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you haven`t received your order, you should:
Check if someone else at your address has accepted it. Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage. Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel. Contact the carrier if there`s still no sign of the parcel.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping Information Processing and Delivery Times Orders received before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) are processed the same day and shipped and delivered Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.
Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders shipped outside the continental United States may require additional processing times to confirm your details with your card issuer. Complimentary Shipping Complimentary shipping will automatically be applied during checkout. No code required.
Shipping Times
You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are on their way. Delivery and shipping cost are free on all orders over $199. As soon as the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email.
- The packages are ready for dispatch after 1-3 days (Handling time), depending on the availability of the items and the positive result of the credit check.

Why would a package be returned?
We count on our shoppers to provide their correct address. if we make an error on your address a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the shopper makes an error, we will send a replacement at cost.

What is your replacement/return policy? As a family first shop with customized photos we cannot restock or resell personal family items so all sales are final.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as the shopper`s incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
How do I cancel my order?

How do I return an order?
There is a 30-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. And in the original package. You`ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@wolamola.com If your return is accepted, we`ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. RefundsWe will notify you once we`ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you`ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Why am I not receiving any emails?
If you are expecting an email from us and haven`t received it. Your email provider may have blocked the email or they may have moved the email to your junk/spam folder. If you are using Gmail, the emails may also have been moved to your promotions folder.
